Inspired by #blacklivesmatter, I am rewriting and making more public my values statement, and my commitment to dismantling at the systems and culture that foster white supremacy, in our culture in general, and in my own work and offerings, and within myself.

This is a continuous practice.

I had an internal statement guiding my work for the last few years but I am committed to transparency and growing as I learn. These values will continue to guide me in everything I do.

We will continue to use our voice and a percentage of our sales from our offerings, to amplify the groups and people already doing this amazing work.

Yoga is a path of action, and skill in action.
