There’s a difference between doing the deep work— the work that shifts your life, the work that helps you align with your purpose, the work that lights you up— versus the hard work, the things that we think are going to take us a few steps forward but in fact drain us of our energy and leave us feeling like we are just spinning our wheels.
In this episode, I talk about The Deep Work with my friend Amber Campion, and this is such a juicy conversation, I just know you are going to love it.
